Astonishing effect of aspirin on candida cells
This study really blew me away. Aspirin was shown to cause a 95% inhibition of candida biofilms and 98.1% reduction of biofilm viability. After 48 hours of continuous exposure to aspirin solution, biofilm viability was reduced by 99.9%!
