Re: Coffee Enemas?

It is kind of interesting.

It took a few weeks before I started to hear the growling noise during coffee enemas (CE). So don't get to disappointed if it takes a while.

Then I went through a period where I would get the growling ONLY during CE's.

Now I get the growling when I am NOT doing the enemas, especially in the evening, during the night and morning.

I take this to mean that I am eliminating better and don't need the CE's to open up the bile ducts, and they are doing it on their own when needed.
