I agree. Much of our health problems stem from poor medical treatment, poor diet, poor habits, and a poor understanding of how our bodies were designed to work. Poor genetics also plagues some folks. Our current healthcare system is so highly regulated and controlled that innovation and new treatments are slow to appear and have to fight an uphill battle to reach the masses. Each and every person is created different and responds to their entirely unique set of stimulus in their own way. A protocol that proved ideal for one person may not be ideal for somebody with different gender, diet, exercise, water contaminants, air contaminants, genetics, sleep, and state of bodily breakdown. listening and learning from others and most importantly from your own body's feedback is important to achieving good health with our poor state of biological understanding.
