Can also laxatives help??

Hi, I'm 21, and for sure have parasites, but not on my intestine, and Candida, I'm sure I have it, since all the digestion problems, bad mood, etc!, and I also have UTI since about 8 months now! I have to go urinate very often! But I don't have pain! It's just the frequent urinating! I read a lot about liver flushes, enemas, and how they can help! And who knows, maybe I also have Gallstones or whathewher crap in my body after all these years! :/ :(
... and I read about ppl that did the liveflush and it went very well! and also enemas in general!
But I'm just scared about all this! I have a phobia of vomiting, and feeling to bad! I live alone, and don't have anyone to give me love and confodence at the moment! lol!
I'm afraid that smth with the enema or Liver Flush will go wrong, and the symtoms get even worse! I also have acne! I read a lot of how good enemas are, but there are also some that say it's dangerous!
So, the quiestion is, if I stay 3-4 days at home, and take laxatives, can it still help a lor to detox my body?
I just want to get better! and take the toxins out of my body! and maybe in a second moment when a lot of crap is out, I'll get an enema!
But doing things more slowly, I don't want to end up feeling worse than before! or vomit! Yuck!! :/

And who has my phobia understands me completely!
