Good food , meditation , yoga and time.
If I avoid crash I constantly improve.
I am not out of the wood but If I respect my limit I can live a ok life. Not back to work full time or anything like that but seeing light at the end of the tunnel.
I think Sherpa broke it down very good in his recovery post.
I have to do the GUPTA program more often because I feel like it helps dramatically when I commit to it. Do you still do any of that ?
Anyways thats about it for now more later if I make it to a 100 %
