Back pain into legs and groin

Hi,

Im looking for some advice. I have had 9+ years of back pain, radiating into the left leg and into my penis region as well. With tingling and weakness in my left leg. Im only 33 years as well.

I have had mri s with some disk bulges in the lumbar region, but nothing that claims to be impinging nerves.

A torn annulus in the l5-S1 area. Again no mri evidence of nerve impingement.

1. Ive learned some facts, like some ppl with very little mri evidence, have some of the worst symptoms.

2. I plan on getting a dynamic mri soon, (where you sit the whole time, but shows more because of the increased pressure?) Any advice about getting this with or without contrast?

3. Does anyone have any advice as whether this could be stenosis- like something congenital (from birth. Like a small bone growth on a vertebra is pressuring nerves.)
I think this would include stuff like unusually thickened ligaments.

4. Ive read some stuff about narrowing of the foramen compressing nerves. Not sure I know enough about this.

5. The more common choice would be pain chemical leaking from the disk in the l5-s1 vertebrae. Im just not sure it feels like just pain, but pain AND pressure in the lower back.
