This is probably the main reason that HIV infected people who use the Hulda Clark Zapper live longer. The ability of the zapper to kill microbes likely will suppress secondary infections.

For the past 13 years, I have heard from many individuals who had been HIV positive for a long time, who used various Clark Zappers, and had not succumbed to AIDS. So it is quite possible that the zapper, even if not directly killing HIV or AIDS, extended lives and kept those individuals healthier by suppressing the secondary infections.
