Re: First post, I guess
Hi,
I am sorry that you too are plagued by this problem. It could very well still be a temporary thing because of hormonal changes during puberty, a lot of people had a smelly phase as a teenager and grew out of it (I wasn't that lucky). What I'd try is testing for
food intolerances and cut out dairy whether or not you are intolerant to it. Next thing is taking probiotics to see if they improve the odor somehow, that would be indicative of yeast for instance. Many people swear by probiotics, give it a go.
I have the same typical plain old
Body Odor and it's frustrating as people just assume you haven't showered in a month. My family is the same - cover their noses, breathe heavily but If I happen to muster up enough anger to say something it's always "What you think it's because of you, are you crazy?" Then they go back to fiddle with their faces. Feels good to be lied to your face and called a psycho on top of smelling like this. But hey the many side effects of
Body Odor , right?!
We can just hope with the way things are and more people coming forward and being affected by
Body Odor that someday the medical field will attend to this ridiculous taboo subject.
Good luck!
