Re: things that inhibit T4 to T3 conversion

That is a lot of information and based on this I will go through my old lab tests. This is the first time my free T3 was low 2.3 (2.5-3.9). I take 1 drop Lugol's and about 7-8 drops SSKI and some days an extra SSKI 2% about 7 drops.
I am on a low carb diet and I am "old". Can't do anything about being old but I can improve my diet. I might have to read all this information several times.

My husband has been on Armour since he was 6 years old and they switched him to a synthetic when he was about 50 for no reason at all. Made me angry, but now after several years
of having trouble with the synthetic he went back on Armour this year. The doctor did not like it but I told him don't give in to her. Of course now he just got medicare and they don't pay for it, luckily it is not expensive so he is staying on it.

Not too pleased about reading that they are fighting the Armour again.

Thank you both for the info.
