New Kit for accurate frequency generation

Would this work as a zapper?

I've seen how expensive multi-frequency zappers are, and if not expensive, they made them like the printers, cheap when the ink is super-expensive, and you need to buy one chip for every frequency you want to try (so they made sure you'll pay more the more you use it)

So I researched (not much since my knowledge is limited in electronics) and I found this, which is a kit, and I'm wondering and ask for your help:

1) Would that work?
2) Would not being powered by batteries (AC/DC?) affect the effectiveness? (besides the remote electrocution risk)
3) Would this work to make Schumann frequency in my room? (or resonance or whatever its name is) of 7.83 Hz?

I have an Raspberry Pi (like an arduino) and I guess I'd be able to even control it from it, or play further with it, so if you know about good ways to irradiate my room (where I spend all day in computer work) to cure, sanitize, block radio/electronics frequencies, promote health… I'd really appreaciate it, and if it works, pass it on! for $49 bucks it seems a good deal! considering there are 300-500 zappers out there.
