Please help with colon detox question.

I've been on a kit colon detox regimen for three days -- one "activator" capsule each evening and a herbal powder in diluted juice every morning.

For much of the time my "product" so to speak has been actually less than when I'm on my own, and the last 24 hours has produced almost nothing. I'm supposed to remain on this regimen for 30 days.

I've never done a Colon Cleanse with a paid-for kit before, so I don't know what to expect. Can you advise me? Does this low output mean my body is gearing up for more action later, and I should just keep slugging it down? Or does it mean I don't really need to be doing this, because I'm already clean?
