Itinerary of your fatigue - PLEASE just a few words
Hey forum,
it's come to my attention to finally ask smt I should've a long time ago:
how did your fatigue come about ? Like, what was your schedule like ?
For me, it started out as a jetlag in summer of 2006, like a jetlag that got worse and worse, just a very bothersome brain fog.
It only got worse, wtvr treatment I tried (Dr.Lam, other ND's with TONS of supplements, NB...etc), however healthy I ate, and how well I lived (sports, good sleeping patterns, job, good social life, no stress in life...).
That's it: that's my itinerary. No humps, no bumps, no variation, just a straight slope.
And early on, I'd only feel the worsening after 2 or 3 months, like, okay this is a new level. More brain fog, more fatigue, more difficulty facing anything in life, people, talking etc...
And these days it's daily, to the point where I think I'm going to die in a month if I don't find what's up, but that's not the topic.
TOPIC IS:
please, briefly, tell me how your fatigue progressed, and what in particular made it better. How many years did it take to get really bad, how long have you had it for, what kind of things can you NOT do anymore ?
