Yea, it's available here. But I would suspect that no reasonable doctor would actually prescribe it for our condition.

I would strongly think that there is a reason why it is a medication used for severe, long-term eczema affecting the hand (and maybe feet). If "skin was skin", there would be no need to declar e it as a medication used for hand eczema specifically.
