im doing the Wormwood , Black-Walnut & clove . after 24 hrs I have very loose stools some cramps. I don't know what to look for in the stool. Im sure they are there. I have been sick with loose stools and cramps for over two years. i hope this cleanse helps me. Can anyone tell me what worms look like. color etc.
