From my notes:
- magnesium is used up via Heavy Metal toxicity
- magnesium is used up by L-Form or cell wall deficient bacteria in their reproductive cycle, in short no mag should be given that is not FULLY bound to an acid like Malic acid.
- Silica and Boron control the calc cycle, one stops further production of radioactive isotopes the other bonds to aluminum

- Organic calc as from Raw Milk and via SCD yogurt has ONLY beneficial effects. Be aware of the bio-ionic charge of calc..
