I don't think it's only Apple, but every smartphone-type with picture/video/audio recording capabilities that will have some kill switch embedded in its architecture due to legislative mandate. Apple was already too restrictive for my taste from the beginning. Could never understand the iSheeple mentality in such massive droves for the latest iMachine. Kinda feels like if they are going to implement tracking, spying, and kill-switch technology in a personal phone that a person pays for monthly way too much anyway, it should be the people interested in the tracking/spying/kill-switch usage paying the price. It's all ass-backwards IMO.
