Fluoride is only one of the numerous dumbing-down techniques IMO, if not one of the main, most effective ones. Schools are a good second place for brainwashing - get 'em while they're young approach. Hit 'em with chemicals and indoctrinate early on with promises of rewards for good subservient robots. Third, media like television is a powerful time-consumer and brainwasher that spews information as simply as possible with little, if any, complexity, logic, or accuracy.

End result seems to be a move toward some global extent, creating worker sheeple that will accept that good ol' NWO.
