High-carb/low-fat won't raise blood sugar levels

There is this belief that eating too many carbs will raise your blood Sugar levels and eventually cause diabetes. That's true ONLY if you are also eating too much fat in your diet because too much fat is the actual root cause of high blood sugar:

I've been eating high-carb/low-fat for almost a year now and I just had a blood test and the normal fasting blood Sugar range is between 70-100 mg/dL and mine was almost in the middle at 89. Proof the high-carb/low-fat lifestyle will not raise your blood Sugar levels.
