Exercising your core muscles - doing crunches and lifting arms and legs form prone position not only burns calories, but it will motivate you to not eat at least 3-4 hrs prior, otherwise you will not be able to proceed with these so important for the body-tone exercises. Plus exercising curbs false-appetite.
