-I believe the lithium can be a key for many on iodine, I can confirm the mood elevation from it. especially when I was off it for a few weeks, then took some. Increased energy also, and a positive change in psyche. I take very small amounts, not at night as it energize me too much.

- what was the difference from the citrate, how much citrate was the bowel tolerance?
