Many things that rang true with me, like; "This is fairly typical for women who easily put others’ needs ahead of their own."

Also reminded me of the symptoms;

"One of the first things the body does when the thyroid is underactive a.k.a hypothyroidism, is it reduces blood supply to the skin to conserve energy. When this happens we perspire less, toxins can’t find a way out and our skin loses its radiance as well as develops blemishes, Acne and other skin problems. Try as you may to treat your skin with expensive creams and tonics, if the thyroid isn’t considered, there won’t be much of a change."
