I just noticed that I lost a few pounds this week - maybe 3 or 4 - not much and I've not been trying to. But I have been under enormous stress this week.
It's interesting to me b/c otherwise - no matter what I do - I cannot lose weight - I'm "stuck" at the weight i am.
So when I do suddenly lose a few pounds, I wonder why.
And I'm wondering if it has something to do with stress driving down sodium and then losing "water weight" - does that make sense?
No biggie - just curious.
And hopefully soon my stress is ending. I'm doing better today.
