I am getting mucoid plaque out of my colon using an easy 3 day cleanse

I just posted my results of getting out mucoid plaque from a 3 day cleanse I am currently using.

I originally posted in a Bowel Cleansing Debate forum. But I realize it pertains to many forums on this site, so I thought it would be nice to repost the info for anyone interested as it might help them. My results are pretty astonishing.

I do think my problems with mucoid plaque build up are what have caused my problems with constipation, headaches and bloating. Here is a link to my original post:
