I personally know someone who has endured extreme pain and eliminated it through such practices.
How long did it take you to learn enough to help your symptoms?
How much did you practice it per day to reduce symptoms?
I've tried EFT and other such things but they only help in the moment, not lasting effects. I gave them an hour in the morning and 1 hour in the evening.
Please give more info on this, it's intriguing :-)
