cholesterol is not bad for your body

Almost everyone says that cholesterol is bad. Cholesterol is not bad at all. It is actually very important for life on Earth. Saying "this food has cholesterol in it" is like saying this food has fat in it, I will not eat it. Fat is a good thing as well. Cholesterol plays an extremely important role in the human body. Hormones, certain vitamins and for fat metabolism necessary bile acids are produced out of cholesterol. Cholesterol is a component of all cell membranes and it is also extremely important for the functioning of the immune system. Read more about cholesterol on the link: http://healthiack.com/health/is-cholesterol-a-good-thing-or-a-bad-thing I eat eggs very often, I also eat all kinds of diary products, meat etc. I usually eat 10-15 eggs per weekend. 1 egg has about 100mg of cholesterol (daily allowance of cholesterol is about 200mg). Yet when I had my cholesterol levels checked 3 months ago I was well within normal limits. That's because I do a lot of sports and I eat healthy fats (omega3s). If you are active person and you eat food in moderation that you should not worry about cholesterol at all!
