Candida diet

Hello everyone! I have been on a candida diet for the past week or so, eating way more vegetables than i usually would, eating coconut oil and using it to oil pull every morning too. Basically just avoiding artificial Sugar and refined carbs. But i feel extremely disheartened because my bloating has not decreased, i think i have gained weight( which is odd considering that before i started the diet i ate lots of Sugar in the form of ice cream, cake, binging on junk. I have also been getting breathless and i feel really exhausted, so much so that i can't stand for long periods, exercise or walk to the shops. Its so annoying because my weight seemed lower and more proportinate( is that a word??) when i ate all the junk food and had enough energy to workout. Im also only a teenager, was no where near overweight when i started the diet but of course i understand that a diet which restricts all Sugar and the majority of carbs will cause weight loss to ensue- this is another problem. I had an eating disorder a year and a half ago, but my candida was caused by binging fro well over a year on so much junk. I gained 2 stone of mostly fat, but my body remains really slim with fat just sticking to my stomach thighs, lookong really odd like a skinny person with rolls of fat. Eurgh. So i want ti lose that excess fat but im concerned people will assume o have relapsed! Im stuck. And to those who bothered to read this, thank you!
