I tried it and it had absolutely zero benefit. Surprising since I have an intense die-off reaction to caprylic acid, and both are fatty acids. I've also had die-off reactions to garlic capsules, green tea, grapefruit seed extract, vinegar, among other things, so this makes me question the antifungal properties of sf722. Of course this was only my personal experience; it may work differently for you.
