Crest ProHealth mouthwash was not recommended by dentist because it stains teeth. My dental hygienists also told me the same thing. Go with the dentist recommended ACT Anticavity Rinse (Mint). My dentists have also recommended ACT, but get the Anticavity Rinse kind.
