Leaky Gut, Nystatin and Blood in Stool!! - Worried, HELP!

I just started taking Nystatin and have some questions.

When we have leaky gut food particles translocate via the gut into the blood and cause reactions, correct?

Then how is Nystatin safe for people with seriously leaky gut? From what I read Nystatin is safe for as long as it does not enter your blood, but is pretty toxic when it does (along with other polyenes such as Ampho B and Natamycin). How does Nystatin stay in your leaky gut and does not contaminate your blood if food particles do?

Also is rectal bleeding a sign of a die off and has anyone had that after staring to take Nystatin or Ampho B? Is this normal? I never had it before starting Nystatin and am on a 2nd day and seeing red blood on my toilet paper after a BM every morning now and there is some blood in stool. Also seen a blody clot on a toilet paper today, and my gut feels a bit raw. Is this normal with die off??

Please someone experienced help!!
