Kerry is a liar. people hear the part about settlements being illegal, and think that the US government may actually do the right thing... but they are wrong.

the quoted part above makes clear... the talk of illegal settlements is just talk... once they force the Palestinians to agree to new borders, the formerly 'illegal' settlments 'poof' become legal, inside the new borders.
