I've been reading this forum for 10 years, literally. The only cure testimony I am sure is legit is Michael_B since he has posted several pics of the dead fungus that he passed in his bowel movement. Had he not posted those (shocking) pictures, i would have never believed him or tried his method because it's too difficult.

His 'all greens diet' works as i've tried it myself and had fungus shooting out of my ass. Sadly, eating nothing but greens for 11+ days is extremely hard to do, so his method of killing candida gets no attention on here but it works better than anything i've tried in the last 10 years. In my experience, it is the only proven method of killing candida.

The anti-candida diet and antifungals are a joke, they don't work, i've never seen candida in my stool with that protocol even after 6 months. I saw a dead candida colony in my shit after 11 days on greens.

If you don't see candida in your stool, what you're doing isn't working.

If you think the BEAST that is Candida is afraid of your puny coconut oil, you haven't the slightest clue of what you're up against. Candida laughs at your little oregano oil, coconut oil, garlic and acrilic acid.

If you're really serious about Candida, go read Michael_B's posts about the 'all green diet'(it's more like a fast). If you're looking for an easy and quick fix to your problem, then forget about Candida, you will never beat it - it's an all-or-nothing situation, Candida can survive on just a few grams of carbs or fat for several days.
