Re: pure oregano oil in ear?

NEVER use pure oregano on the body, always dilute with olive oil and in the case of the ear it is more common to use garlic oil.

Oregano can't burn, what happens is your body reacts and makes hydrochloric acid and our own acid burns us, makes a boil, etc.
