I know each reader will focus in on one particular area and that is what I am doing: diarrhea.
First the Schulze literature/videos will say do not use ICF #1, go to the ICF #2.
Second, realize how little nutrition is being adsorbed with a condition like this. Not good. Other diseases follow poor nutrition. Could it be that gluten has messed up the gut? I can not say, but watch the video and determine for yourself. A yr ago, my new-to-me MD suggested a 6 wk abstinence of gluten, forget lab testing. Did the research. Causes numerous problems that vary from person to person. Most of us are gluten sensitive and to this day I avoid wheat to avoid the pain it causes. I became a fast learner.
Will this be one of the “big rocks” to avoid? Try it and see for yourself.
Other “big rocks” in my life I try to avoid are
Aspartame and HFCS.

Came across this recently. Reading the comments from readers makes you wonder if it is just the wheat or the difference in our recent modern baking/yeast methods. To date, I am on my 2nd loaf of old-fashioned sourdough bread. So far no ill affects. Perhaps my gut has healed up some or the bread is truly different. But one needs to go off gluten to see the difference, then in due time, add it in. Personally I had to be “convinced” by what the MD said, so after 2 months bought 2 small sandwiches from Wendy’s. Paid for it the next day. Lesson learned.
