I love you Hiawawa you are such a worrywart. I am fine, I've been traveling. Went to go see my fam in WA and drove 1400 miles all by my little old self! I'm proud of that, I've never drove such a distance on my own before:) IT was a lot of fun. Also made a trip to Santa Cruz and saw friends recently. I recall you posting not so long ago that it IS summer after all and I've been enjoying it.

My health is absolutely fantastic. I wake up every day feeling phenomenal, I can feel the energy coursing through my body. I work out every day. I eat right and think good thoughts. (well, I try)

Speaking of health, every once in a while I think that it might be ok to have just a little gluten. On the road the other day, I got a burrito. OK, I only ate half of the tortilla(flour). Yesterday, once again, I could not stop sneezing and my nose ran copiously. Today I am fine.

I did have a beer on my trip and that did not affect me. Yes, just one:) Other than that I had several glasses of microbrew mead at the skep & skein in Olympia, WA. I highly recommend that establishment if anyone's ever in that neck of the woods... !!! xxxxxxxxooooooo
