SIDS Death & Vaccines

I was reading the 2009 VAERS reports and so many deaths after the child has been vaccinated are attributed to SIDS! Child gets vaccinated, dies while sleeping and the death is reported as "no problems found". Coronor reports cause of death natural when the child stops breathing while sleeping. How can a death be natural if there is nothing wrong with the child except they had been recently vaccinated?
