Another cream that doesn't work

Even everyone is different.

But, just for information purpose, CICAPLAST B5 (from LA ROCHE-POSAY) doesn't work well to treat my ec:

Like a lot of creams, it goes inside the dead skin and makes it more fragile. It burns if you have raw skin on your lip.

Good luck if you try it but I do not recommend it.

Applying some honey seems to be the best way to manage it in my own opinion. And brush the whole mouth 3x per day. Eventually, chew a chewing gum.

I 've ordered some MANUKA honey. Keep you updated if it works better than Eucalyptus honey for example.

Taking some sun baths seems also to improve it (depending on the ec cycle day)
