The light-headedness could be caused by low blood pressure...have you checked your B.P for several readings?

I too get light-headedness, exactly as you describe, when getting up...altho' on occassion when B.P is very low, even lying down i feel dizzy.

Interesting it started after you did the oxygen therapy.

It seems to be saying vasoconstriction due to oxygen therapy could equally cause lightheaded feelings.

I would rule out abnormal B.P with a simple cheap machine you can use regularly at home.
