Minitrue: Zim agrees to sell uranium to Iran
http://whatreallyhappened.com/node/261455
WRh comment:
Oh, really?!?!? I found this from several different sources, and was instantly reminded of the alleged "yellow cake" uranium Saddam Hussein was allegedly purchased from Niger, (even though Iraq has natural uranium inside its own borders) before the US invasion and occupation of that country.
There is only one, tiny, teeny, problem here: Iran does have uranium mines. As reported at Huffpo on 9 April, 2013:
Iran opened new uranium mines and a yellow cake production plant on Tuesday, state news agency IRNA reported. The country opened the Saghand 1 and 2 uranium mines in the central city of Yazd and the Shahid Rezaeinejad yellow cake factory, capable of producing 60 tonnes of yellow cake annually, to mark Iran's National Nuclear Technology Day, IRNA sai
So if Iran is able to mine uranium domestically, why would its goverment go to the expense of getting it from Zimbabwe?!?
The short answer is, it wouldn't.
Sorry, to all those attempting to get traction with this do-do bird of a claim: it just won't fly in the face of logic!!
