Going to Do The 3 Day Colon Cleanse Again Because It Got The Mucoid Plaque Out Big Time

Several years ago I did the 3 day Colon Cleanse with amazing results. I got out about 6 feet of mucoid plaque on the 2nd day of the cleanse. I was truly surprised and felt so much better afterwards. It was definitely mucoid plaque coming out and not the fiber from the shakes. I could see the fiber from the shakes (it looked like pinkish/brown insulation). This fiber pulled out the rubbery, intestine-looking, ropes. The fiber was wrapped all around those nasty things.

A few years later I did it again and got about 2 feet out and it was much lighter in color than the first cleanse.

It has been over 6 years since I did the first cleanse and I have been having some issues with constipation/bloating just within the last year or so. I also have been getting bad headaches and just plain tiredness and lack of energy.
I eat very high raw most of the time but sometimes I go on binges of having bad food, like stuff with sugar, meat, white flour, alcohol and cheese.

So at the end of this week, I am going to do the cleanse again. Just got it in the mail yesterday. I ordered it two days ago and they shipped it in two days. I will post my results here. Hopefully, it will help take care of the issues I have been having lately.
