fiber from greens, in my case, is like taking sand paper to your skin (but worse) Colitis is an inflammatory bowl disease and if I eat the more fibrous foods I get flare ups (feels like someone lit a fire in my colon)that is why battling candida has been so hard for me- I know its good to have fiber to scrape that stuff out but I can't take the pain and swelling fiber causes my intestines. I have never tried candex but will seriously look into it since breaking down the fiber totally makes sense! thanks for the advise.
