Have you tried a tincture/ acv? Let me know how they work I don't want them to be wasteful

10 inch worm sounds frightening, no tapeworm?
You might need to continue this for a while to be totally cleaned out, but I think I read everyone has parasites, so maybe you just need to get majority of them out and otherwise have a healthy body
