Re: Which is more important?

Hey Ricky,

I am in the four lows and was told by my practitioner (ARL) that the first priority is to get out of the four lows. Then we can start adding in more supplements to address some of the other issues. Here is an article on Dr. Wilson's site about the four lows. He states in the article that

"Clinically, we always address this pattern first on a hair mineral analysis. Only when the person is out of the four lows pattern, can we address most other imbalances on the test. This means that in every single instance, so far, we do not address most other factors on a hair mineral test until the four lows pattern is addressed and corrected. An analogy, again, is to first get the car out of the ditch where it is stuck, before trying to fix other problems with it. One reason is that trying to fix a person while he is “spinning his wheels” just does not work well. In contrast, the proper method of handling these cases works wonderfully in most cases."

Hope that helps,
Lualu
