so funny a coincidence, I used to take xanax and was so addicted to it years ago but obviously had to stop taking it for that reason. never felt such a relief from anything until I took a castor oil pack treatment. someone asked me the other day why I love them so much (castor oil packs) and I replied "because it makes me feel like I'm on xanax!" except its all natural and way safer
