Bread.. any kind of bread... especially any kind of wheat bread (don't care if it's Organic Sprouted Kosher Whole Grain Heirloom Bible bread)... pizza, wraps, crackers, peanut butter pretzels, sliders, Tofu hotdog buns,... whatever...
Bread is processed, high glycemic, inflammatory and the ABSOLUTE WORST! (for me).
It is uncontrollably addictive to me, unbalances my blood Sugar faster than anything, and best avoided.
As incredibly, delicious, chewy, crusty and yummy and blood Sugar rocketing as it is... I had to give it up for good.
