Note to newbs
Please be careful about who you take advice from here.
While everyone has the same right to post here, I'm noticing a downward spiral in the quality of advice that is being given.
The times we live in, people are more and more brainwashed by the illusion of
Science and medicine. And I'm seeing this trend trickle down to this forum as well. Just exercise an extra bit of common sense and keep your mind open to the possibility that there are solutions that lie outside the bounds of so-called hard science.
I know that when you're desperate for help that anything that comes along seems like a godsend, but many of the proactive posters here are still extremely ill themselves, barely able to function. While this does not necessarily negate their advice it is a sign that you should at least be careful about who you put your trust in.
Personally speaking, taking serious health advice from people who are addicted to toxic medications, can't sleep, are allergic to all foods, and haven't figured much out for themselves, does not seem like a wise choice. If you were seeking investment advice would you take anything seriously coming from a homeless person?
Please also be careful about people who project their problems onto others. Newbies are sometimes susceptible to this behavior because they are still searching for the cause of their problems. Always keep in mind that everyone is different and there are many different causes of adrenal fatigue.
Flame all you want, those who know that this is directed at you, but you can't deny that this is solid advice.
If you dig around a little bit, there are a fair amount of people who are either cured or close, and I would strongly suggest listening to these people who have actually succeeded rather than those who might be in much worse shape than you.
There is a group of people here who are extremely ill and yet cast disparagement on a number of therapies and strategies that have worked out well for a lot of people.
