I would try to reactivate Fluconazole before to switch to another azole. Increasing Fluconazole doses and combining it with a synergistic compound such as Ibuprofen may do the trick. Also, you can add Apo-Lactoferrin. In this way, you will have a double synergistic mix and a T cell stimulation.
