Re: iodine making ovarian cyst pain worse
I have fibrocystic breasts and weird spots on my skin, damage done by the sun on low iodine.
I know by now that when I apply
Iodine (as Lugols) directly to such a weird spot, it swells up. I apply the
Lugols two times a day: morning and evening. Depending on the size of the spot it can take days and sometimes a few weeks to completely go away. These are spots no bigger than 1/2
cm in diameter.
With my fibrocystic breasts I notice a similar thing: the
Iodine makes the fibrocystic tissue swell up and become tender. Once the tissue gets soft, the swelling disappears in that area.
Maybe a similar thing is happening with your ovarian cysts. This swelling can be painful.
Only thing you can do is make sure you take
Iodine with all the companions and then wait for your body to clear up the mess.
