The road so far.
Like many who are doing the Liver flush, I had the typical reasons for starting. My symptoms included anxiety, brain fog, white tongue, sleep problems, etc... Now, after my eighth
Liver Flush I am starting to see results. For those who need motivational support, this is what I have recorded from my
Liver-Flush progression.
Binge eating was a problem, I was always snacking and eating more than my body needed. As if I didn't sense fullness. Now I can become satisfied with a small meal.
Dandruff used to be another issue, it would get to a point where I would itch my painful scalp in school causing horrible focus and I could cover my lap in flakes. It was gross. Now it no longer itches and I only get minimal amounts of particles.
My tongue has gone through color changes as well. Before ever flushing, my tongue was completly white. After a few LFs I noticed a small portion of my tongue became red. Now after eight flushes, the entire front half of my tongue is pink/red as well.
I do still have a little anxiety, lowered energy, and brain fog but not as much since before starting the LF. I predict these will vanish through time after more LFs. I will continue to record new results as more flushes are completed.
I publish my results in hopes of encouraging others to keep up the work. Happy Flushing!
