Iodine and cancer

I have been taking approx. 100mgs of Lugols, plus the co-nutrients, for about 8 weeks.
I have thyroid issues, rather 'no thyroid' issues, related to my thyroidectomy, but I started taking Lugols for fibrocystic breast tissue benefit.
During the past week I had a cellular memory and muscle testing session. He said I had cancer that has gone to my lymph system.
This has been a great shock to me.
I stopped all of my supplements and have just been taking what was suggested at the healing session.
I know that one week without Iodine is not going to hurt me, but I am anxious to start back on it. If I am fighting cancer -- honestly, it still blows my mind -- what dosages do I need to work up to, and for how long? 300mgs for the rest of the year, and than back to my 100? 300 always?
Appreciate any guidance.
