Urine fast, sweet taste in urine

I have been concerned about my health, and decided to start urine therapy.

(I have no idea if I have cancer, but concerns. I have a bump inside my biceps, floaters and some weird sand corn sized bright floaters that comes and go for unknown cause, low level vitamin D that many level 3 cancer patients have, sporadically gets tired and almost falls asleep or as if my brain just shut off a couple of seconds making me stare into nothing and comes back.)

I have been drinking urine in the morning for a couple of months now. This weekend, I decided to urine fast, and do so one day a week. In this period I will also add one urine enema.

However, although the urine tested more and more like water, the next day something weird happen. The morning urine was a little stronger as expected. But when I started drinking water, and had to take my second trip to the toilet, it tasted sweet, and was a little more yellow. The only think the taste could remind me off was a weak taste of rhubarb. It felt like the body was done detoxifying and started releasing toxic waste through the urine.

So I am just wondering:

When you go through a cleansing proses, will the body detoxify through the urine as well, or is all urine good? I don't have any deceases I know about either. No pain while urinating or anything.

I don't know how well documented urine therapy is on cancer. But cancer cells eat glucose. If such a proses makes the cells healthy, where will the body excess this waste (urine, sweat, feces, etc.).
